Second Person Web Novels
Second person narration addresses the reader directly: you wake, you choose, you fail. Rare enough to feel experimental, powerful when an author commits to it, and a natural fit for stories about identity and complicity. Frequent pairings: present-tense, identity, psychological.
Rare because it is hard to sustain, and worth seeking out when an author manages it: the form implicates the reader in every choice the protagonist makes. Best suited to short arcs or stories where complicity is the theme. Pairs with identity and present-tense, which sharpen the same effect.
