Satire needs a target, and on Tellura the targets are usually the genre's own conventions: the summoned hero who is bad at it, the system that audits you, the sect elder as middle manager. The jokes work best on readers fluent in what is being parodied. If you want humor without the argument underneath, comedic is the gentler shelf.
