Contemporary Web Novels

Contemporary fiction on Tellura is set in the present, with no magic system to learn and nothing to master before chapter one. Workplace stories, urban coming-of-age, relationship dramas and small-stakes mysteries carry the load, which puts the weight on character and prose. Tags like modern-setting, urban, office-romance and coming-of-age sharpen the search. The shelf is easy to sample and hard to write well.
